iPad: How do I change my Language (e.g. English, French)

You can set your iPad system to use either English or French Canadian language.

This will make your iPad system and the iPresent app use the selected language for its prompts, headings, questions and buttons.

(Note: We only provide these instructions in English.)

English to French

If your iPad is currently set to use English, then you may follow these instructions to set your iPad to use French Canadian language:

  1. Click the Settings icon on your iPad desktop (it might be on page 2 of your icons).
  2. Click the General option in the left margin.
  3. Scroll down and click the Language and Region option.
  4. Click the Language of iPad option.
  5. Click the Français (Canada) option.
  6. Click Done at the top of the list.
  7. Click Continue in the pop-up to confirm the change.
  8. Your iPad will now restart using the newly selected language (it will take a few moments to restart).

French to English

If your iPad is currently set to use French, then you may follow these instructions to set your iPad to use English language:

  1. Click the Réglages icon on your iPad desktop (it might be on page 2 of your icons).
  2. Click the Général option in the left margin.
  3. Scroll down and click the Langue et région option.
  4. Click the Langue de l'iPad option.
  5. Click the English option.
  6. Click OK at the top of the list.
  7. Click Continuer in the pop-up to confirm the change.
  8. Your iPad will now restart using the newly selected language (it will take a few moments to restart).
